What is coaching?

Coaching is a way of helping clients:

Am I the coach for you?

I have 20 years experience in law and business within a corporate setting.

For the last 4 years I have trained in Transactional Analysis and have a counselling & psychotherapy practice.

My approach to coaching is based on Transactional Analysis and my focus is on the relationship between my clients and me.

My aim is to join you on your journey to achieve your goals whether personal or professional.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation and adhere to its Code of Ethics.
