Shamanic Healing

Do you feel something is missing in your life, that you are not fully living? Do you find yourself stuck to addictive behaviours, to fill a void inside? Is your energy and enthusiasm low, or your physical pain simply won't leave you alone? Then try Shamanic healing: it helps you connect to your own self, bringing back that sparkling vital essence that you really are!

Shamanic Healing is probably the oldest spiritual practise known to humankind: it helps heal the effects of past traumas, to live in an inner state of balance and harmony, to develop the best in yourselves, and improve your relationship with others. It integrates three processes:

  • Power animal retrieval, to bring back the lost 'power', in the form of an animal, like a spiritual ally, who shares wisdom and specific gifts. When you are not connected with your 'power', you might, for example, suffer from chronic depression or a series of misfortunes.
  • Soul retrieval: it is believed that when we go through traumas in our life, a part of our soul flees our body in order to survive the experience. If this part, your vital essence, does not come back, you are left feeling depressed, not fully present, suffering from chronic conditions, etc. A soul retrieval is carried out to bring back those soul essences ready to return at this time to help you to feel whole again, bringing back the passion for life.
  • Extraction: 'spiritual intrusion' or negative thought patterns and misplaced energy find residence within to fill the inner void created by soul and power loss, and they might be responsible for localised illness(es). They do not belong to you and so they are removed.

What happens during a session?

A session lasts about two hours: after an initial consultation to discuss your intention and to further explain the process, answering any questions, you lie down on a mat with eyes closed. The practitioner then rattles/drums until she has accomplished her task with the help of her Guides. The healing is then shared as well as the message received. You are then helped through the integration process so that you can leave the room feeling grounded and connected. Follow-up sessions are available to support you on your life after healing. They can be arranged on a weekly basis, or after a few months.

The effect

The effect can vary from individual to individual: some people might notice a shift, a change straight away (e.g., more grounded or happier), for others it might take a bit longer to fully integrate. Healing – after all - is a life-long process. Ultimately, it is up to you to take full responsibility, while embracing your life with appreciation and gratitude. The practitioner is always here to offer support.
