Daila Consolaro BSc (hons) MNIMH, MTI

Daila is originally from Italy and moved to London in 1999, when she felt guided to follow an inner path of self-discovery and learn ways to help herself and others. She first trained in Reiki, then qualified as a Medical Herbalist in 2006 from the University of Westminster, London (BSc Hons). While in London, she also became an accredited Journey practitioner, a deep healing process pioneered by Brandon Bays, which Daila found really empowering and a life changing experience. In 2006, she moved to Edinburgh, and started to work at Neal's Yard Remedies where she shared her knowledge and experience to support clients, while continuing her own learning. She trained in Indian Head Massage and in 2011 she started a course in Holistic Massage, to complement with the other modalities offered. "We hold on so many emotions within our bodies, and it is good to be able to provide different ways of accessing them and releasing them."

Daila is also a Shamanic practitioner: she started her study in Scotland, and in 2009 she was invited to attend Sandra Ingerman's two-year teacher training course in Santa Fe, United States. Daila is also a firewalk instructor, another really touching experience, which helped her to create a deeper relationship with the earth. Daila has integrated these teachings in her life and she feels really blessed to have encountered so many inspiring Teachers along her path. Daila has been offering self development and healing workshops and talks in Scotland and in Italy. "My great passion is to help people get in touch with their true selves, their own hearts and living life fully. We all face our own challenges, but when we start to live in gratitude realizing we are not alone, really, then true miracles can happen."

Daila offers treatments tailored to each individual client, while listening to their needs. Different modalities can be combined together. All products used for massage are organic and paraben-free, to further support the client.
