Laura Garland has over 14 years full time working in Complementary Therapies, specialising in Naturopathic Nutrition and Testing. She offers many treatments to choose from, including:

• Hot Stones Massage (a truly, melting, blissful experience)
• Aromatherapy (indulging the senses and very healing)
• Energetic Medicine (Reiki Master for 14 years)
• Ozone steam Facials
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage (boosts the immune system and aids fluid retention)
• Scalp, Head and Foot Massage
• Ayurvedic Aromatherapy (oils, including Magnesium oils, are massaged into the muscles o aid relaxation and relieve tired aching muscles)

Laura has practiced in Dublin, London and Edinburgh, working previously with Jan DeVries. She is currently studying Auricular Therapy, Ear Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Ear Acupuncture.
