Michelle Matthews ND

Michelle completed four and a half years of Naturopathic study with the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney, Australia in 1998. She holds qualifications in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Therapy, Homoeopathy and Remedial Massage. She uses diagnostic tools including iridology, tongue and nail analysis, as well as functional tests.

After completing her studies, she was in practice as a Naturopath in the outer suburbs of Sydney. In 2000, she moved to Scotland to practice as a Naturopath and Massage Therapist. Her practice moved to Kenya in 2001, where she was helping treat patients with AIDS/HIV in the slums of Nairobi. This work also lead her to run teaching courses in Nutrition and Massage.

In 2002 she returned to Scotland to continue with her practice and lectured for a Nutrition college. She is currently a trainer and educator for a practitioner supplement company. Michelle has also written extensively for both internet and print media in Australia and Scotland.

Michelle continues her education and adds to her repertoire through Continuing Professional Development studies.

Michelle is a member of the General Council of Registered Naturopaths and Guild of Naturopathic Iridologists International.
