Stéphane Jaeger-Rouse MBRA CNHC

Stéphane obtained a diploma in Reflexology in 2004 from the Bayly School of Reflexology.

She has a keen interest in the relationship between the physical, mental and emotional aspects of one's Being, and developed her knowledge with "The language of the feet" in 2009, and a Universal Reflexology course in 2010.

Stéphane was also attuned to the various degrees of the Reiki Usui System of Natural Healing, gaining the first degree in 2001, the second degree in 2002 and the Advanced/Master level in 2003.

She has been interested in alternative practices for years, enjoying Shiatsu winter classes, and developing her knowledge in Traditional Chinese Five Element Theory.

She studied Nutritional Healing, feeling that there is a strong correlation between our health and the food we eat. As this knowledge is ongoing, she reads and updates herself on a regular basis.

She follows various courses throughout the year to keep up with her Continual Professional Development.

She is a member of the British Reflexology Association, the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative practitioners, and her Reflexology practice is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
